Having been in this industry for 20+ years, I’ve come to realize that professionalism, utilizing time wisely and the integrity of YOUR hair comes first!! To my first time guests, WELCOME! Note: Virtual consultations are REQUIRED before ANY service(s) can be booked/rendered. For my clients that haven’t been in the last 6 months this also applies to you. Here at C.L.Benson sanitation is taken very seriously. Using the industry standard Barbicide, to insure all tools, caps, and salon furniture are ready for use. Due to COVID and environmental safety of all guest, washing or sanitizing hands are required. You are responsible for bringing, and wearing your mask, for the duration of your appointment. NO MASK, NO SERVICE and/or being 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and accrue a fee of 50% of booked service(s). NO SHOW NO CALL will accrue a fee of 100% of booked service. When you arrive to your appointment please wait in your car and text that your here. I will respond with “ready” when you’re able to come in. Before entering the salon please silence all devices. When viewing any media please be sure to use you ear buds. If you have to make or take a call you can do so outside. We want to keep a relaxing atmosphere, all conversations and media is not for everyone to hear. NOT ALLOWED: - no additional guest - no pets -no food of any kind ALLOWED: - keys - phone - purse -umbrella - jacket/coat At the end of your service, if you wish to use a credit/debit card, there will be a 2.6% processing fee.
